Description des services:	A registered charity that assists with subsidized necessary veterinary care helps low-income pet owners in Ontario by subsidizing the cost of non-elective veterinary care for their sick or injured pets such as surgery (including some dental surgery), hospitalization and diagnostics does not cover routine exams, vaccinations, food (including prescription diets), routine spays/neuters and general prophylactic dental care
