offers a variety of out patient programs and services to clients who struggle with substance use or have family and friends who are struggling with substance use. Services include:
5 week integrated trauma and addictions bedded based program: holistic approach, evidence-based material, clients on methadone or suboxone are accepted, designated beds for pregnant and human trafficking victims. Private pay is also available Day treatment - a 4 week evidence based addictions treatment program delivered onsite (in person). Day treatment runs 3 days a week. Virtual addiction treatment - 6 week evidence based program offered online. 3 times per week. Addictions support to those involved in the justice system- addictions information and support for female clients involved in the justice system. Support with referrals and knowledge on addictions support in the community. Peer support to those involved with probation and parole. Caring connections - understanding the effects of substance use on families, addictions support for families, parenting, and parent/child relationship. Weekly group sessions for 13 weeks (on site) Family and friends program- various family programs to family and/or friends who have been impacted by a loved one's addiction. Family recovery support. Transitional (After Care)- a 12 week program delivered online once weekly to support those who have completed a bed based program and are seeking ongoing support with recovery.
Family Program offers various family programs to serve individuals in the Windsor-Essex community who identify as being impacted by a loved one’s addiction. Family Recovery Support Ongoing open group available to individuals seeking immediate support and education in learning positive, non-confrontational approaches to helping their Loved One transform addictive behavior. 1x week. Outpatient Family Treatment A 12 week outpatient program open to concerned significant others who are interested in creating a quality family recovery program. 1xweek. For inquiries call 226-340-1194 Transitional Care 12 week support group for those completing an addiction treatment program. Continuing Care for those that completed Transitional Care. They can attend this weekly meeting for ongoing support. Brief Crisis Counselling For men & women Educational Services provide information at events promoting services. For Inquires call 226-350-1569
Treatment graduate group A support group offered weekly for outpatient Family Treatment graduates. Graduates will have access to ongoing support to reinforce skills learned in treatment.
Life after Loss
A support service for those grieving the loss of a loved one due to them being affected by a substance use disorder including overdose. Individual/Private Group. FOR INQUIRES CALL 226-340-1194
Caring Connections Moms in Recovery: 12 week program with child minding. Father’s in Recovery: 12 week program. Transitional Care: program for mothers who completed Moms in Recovery and any of our women who have completed any of our services. This is a weekly support program. Mothers can bring their children
Supportive Housing Is a combination of housing and supportive services to help women * supporting women with a problematic substance disorder, who are homeless or at risk of being homeless with the aim of obtaining permanent housing. Support is offered by way of counselling, case management, matching individuals to appropriate housing environments including land lord tenant intervention such as conflict resolution where required
HART Hub- HART Hub Windsor-Essex provides encompassing supports for people 16 years and older who are experiencing homelessness and want help with substance use, mental health, and housing.
