Description des services: Speech-Language Pathology is a regulated rehabilitation service aimed at preventing, assessing, and treating, communication and swallowing problems * education of the public about the various communication disorders is also an integral part of our service

Speech Language Pathologist are registered members of the College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists of Ontario, members of an interdisciplinary team at CKHA, providing inpatient and outpatient services to an adult population

Frais: There is a $25 fee for "no show" late appointments
Procédé et formulaires: A physician's referral is required
Waiting Period: There is a waiting list for outpatient services and this list is prioritized according to the diagnosis, so wait times may vary
Admissibilité / population desservie: Clients must be a resident of the Municipality of Chatham/Kent and aged 18 years or older
