An indigenous, nurse-led healthcare company providing advanced mobile nursing and dedicated Home Support care blocks directly to clients across Southwestern Ontario.
Our specialized services include:
•Mobile Nursing & Telemetry Monitoring: Advanced wound stabilization, clinical skin assessments, and high-frequency vital tracking using integrated CloudDx remote patient monitoring kits (RPM).
•Home Support & Respite Division: Care blocks (1-hour feeding/bathing assistance, 4-hour respite blocks, 8-hour 1:1 companionship, and a flat-rate premium weekend packages) focused on dementia oversight, cognitive redirection, and safety sitting.
•System Diversion: A proven clinical model engineered to catch health regressions early and provide family relief while successfully diverting unnecessary Emergency Department visits.
Direct billing is available through GreenShield, Medavie Blue Cross, and the federal Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program
